confession:

I used to hate my body.

I was plagued with self doubt, constantly criticizing what I saw in the mirror and always trying to change the way I looked. 

My relationship with me sucked. Can you relate? 

I learned that it doesn't have to be that way. I learned how to love myself - no matter what I look like - and that by loving myself I could actually create everything I'd been craving.

And I'm sharing my process with you.
