YIN + MEDITATION SEVEN-WEEK IMMERSION

You are all set. Keep your eye on your inbox the day of our practice for the Zoom link and your weekly transformational workbook. Please note practices are not recorded, so put the practice in your calendar now.

If you’ve registered for a single drop-in class, you’ll receive the Zoom link and workbook for the current week’s class only.

To set yourself up for our weekly practice, you'll want...

  • A yoga mat or cushioned surface to practice on

  • Yoga blocks or pillows to support yourself

  • Blanket(s) for extra cushioning

  • A wall close by your mat for wall poses

  • Water

  • Optional: a journal and pen/pencil for the reflection and meditation portion of class

  • Optional: essential oils

  • Optional: a separate speaker for richer sound quality through Zoom

Try to give yourself a safe space where you can practice without being disturbed. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.

There are few forces as powerful as your own presence, and few practices as powerful as being able to sit, fully present, completely embodied.

This is the doorway Yin Yoga opens. Yin is a practice of stillness, continuous surrender, and release.

A powerful energetic, mental and physical practice, this immersion is for you if you can’t seem to slow down. If you’re burned out, stressed out, sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. If you can’t hear your intuition anymore, and instead feel like your thoughts are running a mile a minute, 24/7.

This seven-week series will work through each chakra, from root to crown, to cultivate deeper trust, power, pleasure, and peace.

To learn to rest, to sit in uncertainty and discomfort without fear. Practice the art of doing less, being more.

Every week we’ll meet for my signature Transform Yin Practice.

Then, you’ll receive your weekly transformational workbook, with ritual suggestions, prompts, exercises and insight to support you in working with the themes of each week.

Think of these classes like a massage, salt bath, and spa day for your energetic body and your nervous system.

Classes will be held virtually via Zoom, and will take place Friday at 5:30 pm Eastern beginning February 12, 2021.
